Thank you for shopping at SmokingMore.com. We offer shipping within the United States. For orders within the United States, we offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-5 business days.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

We ship Kratom to all US states except for Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont And Wisconsin.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us at support@smokingmore.com and we will do our best to assist you.

At SmokingMore.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange, as requested.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for any returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@smokingmore.com with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.
